"Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. (And as a former division 1 athlete - I have had a ton) Skip the quickie massages and invest some time into yourself and get the 90 minute deep tissue with hot stones. (I also included the scalp massage because I've been getting headaches - worth it!) Now for some tangible notes. It was the perfect balance of firm, knot reducing, and relaxing all at once, which I didn't know was possible. I came in with so many aches and pains and he dug in and loosened the knots away - I could feel the tension melt out of my body. 1000/10 will be adding this into my budget, because less pain = more (joyful) productivity!!"
